These are random pieces of white spacer material sold by the half pound bundles. Random pieces ranging in size from .015" x 2"-3 3/4" x 15 3/4" or shorter" Spacer material normally referred to as vulcanized fiber or fish fiber and was developed as an insulating material for electrical uses. In custom knifemaking the material is used as a spacer between the scale and the tang to add a bit of contrasting color. .015" WHITE
