Description
Loose (One row of stitching) Our loose buffs have only one stitched row around the arbor hole and are 20 ply (1/4" thick) or 70 ply (3/4" thick). These are designed for final finishing and because their loose construction offers little or no resistance, they are of little value for scratch removal. Hardened center pin hole.
