Description
Also called Guayacan and Guaiacum. It is the hardest and most dense of all the woods. The color varies somewhat from piece to piece. It is brown, oxidizing to greenish brown or almost black. The pattern is quite plain, but can be mottled or stripped. This wood is oily. It polishes well and is extremely durable. It grows from Mexico to South America. Specify Block or Scales
